Join us for Afrobeats and Zumba fitness, community connection, and delicious food. Immerse yourself in movement, celebrate together, and connect in real life.

This month, our fitness adventure and community connection will be at Studio 116 in Amherst. Be part of the community that travels with us wherever we go.

How We Spend Our Time
• Community conversation: Start together, connect, and set intentions
• Fitness: Approximately 90 minutes of Afrobeats and Zumba movement
• Potluck: Share sushi, fruit, and healthy snacks together
• Cleanup: Reset the space together

• Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Location: Studio 116, 460 West St, Amherst, MA 01002
• Food: Sushi provided by Positively Africana By Aimee, plus optional potluck-style fruit and healthy snacks to share
• Bring (optional): A healthy snack or fruit to share
• What to bring: Water, a towel, comfortable workout shoes, and good energy

How to Join
• Members: Free. Sign up requested to track attendance and studio capacity.
• Non-members: $20 drop-in pass
