[VIRTUAL] Strong Nation HIIT
Start your morning physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger with Positively Africana By Aimee.
Strong Nation is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that builds strength in your body and community in your spirit. Every move syncs to original music designed to match your rhythm, and every class welcomes all fitness levels.
The workout blends martial arts, bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric movements. Think boxing, push-ups, planks, lunges, and more. The difference: Aimee provides progressions and regressions for every move, so you work at your level. And you are not doing it alone. You are pushing through together as a team, feeding off each other’s energy and commitment.
This matters because at Positively Africana By Aimee, we believe strength is built together. Ubuntu, the African philosophy of I am because we are, guides everything we do. Strong Nation embodies that. You show up for yourself, and you show up for the community around you. That is how we build resilience, confidence, and belonging.
This may sound intimidating. It is not. You participate in a friendly, judgment-free space where modifications meet you where you are, and teamwork lifts everyone up.
What you will gain:
Improved strength, endurance, agility, and cardiovascular health.
Better coordination and body control through movement-to-music synchronization.
Mental toughness and resilience.
Confidence in your body and your abilities.
Belonging. You are part of a team pushing through together, not alone.
Why HIIT works: High-intensity intervals build cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and endurance, and help you feel powerful in your body.
What to bring: water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat, clean sneakers, and an open mind.
Start this March. Every Friday. 7:30 AM. Online. Nationwide.
P.S. Aimee will modify every movement so you can participate at your fitness level in a space that is welcoming to all.
